12 Dip Challenge More Than a Dip. Registration at 9.30am, first dip at 10.00am
Every day in the UK, 12 men and 3 women die by suicide that’s 15 lives lost families changed forever.
The 12 Dip Challenge is our way of remembering those we’ve lost and reminding people that it’s ok to reach out and that there is hope.
You don’t have to do all 12 dips. Do one or do a few or just come and support This is about connection, community, and starting conversations.
Join us on March 21st at Coney Surf Café, Porthcawl. Let’s show that no one has to face things alone.
If by doing this we reach one person who realises it’s ok to speak up it’s worth it.
Bring towel, warm layers, hat, beach footwear, reusable cup (optional)
